The relief demanded is the foreclos ure of a certain mortgage executed and delivered by F. F. Johnson to John W. Loder, agent, on or about the 6th day of April, 1912, to secure the payment of a certain Dromissorv note executed by the defendant, F. F. John son, on tne btn day of April, 1913, for the sum of $1,000, payable on or be fore one year after date with inter est at the rate of 7 per cent per an num, and which said mortgage con veyed unto the said John W.
